These opinions are totally based on my own personal experience with Mindfulness and I am not in anyway trying to put people off from practicing Mindfulness.
Me and Mindfulness have never really had the best relationship as I just can’t switch off from my mind and with Mindfulness you have to focus on the moment you are living or the feeling you are feeling and I really struggle with that and I always have and more than likely always will.
With Mindfulness you pretty much have to practise everyday and it is supposed to become easier as time go’s on but for me it doesn’t, for me it either stays difficult or gets harder so I don’t see the point in it.
Another thing about Mindfulness you have to focus on one emotion at a time we’ll my mind doesn’t work like that my mind is either full off intense emotions or nothing there is no in-between so picking out one emotion is pretty much impossible.
This is not me trying to tell you not to try it because it is definitely worth giving it a try as it may really help you but it may not that is all I’m trying to say.
What works for one person doesn’t always work for others and visa versa so I would suggest giving it a try but if it doesn’t work for you don’t beat yourself up.
