This is a really easy one for me to answer at the moment and it is Milly’s bedtime!
Honestly if you had asked me this question a month ago I would have said my “bedtime” but I don’t know what happened to my amazing child who went to bed with little to no issues because let me tell you something she is not like that anymore.
At Millys bedtime I swear she is taken over by aliens or something because she is like a different child. She has gone from a child whos sleeps all night to a child who wakes up every hour or two and it’s starting to get far too much.
In a way I am suprised it affects me as it is not like I sleep well anyway but it’s more draining than anything because I know she is tired / exhausted but she will fight and scream the place down literally the whole night.
So we have a plan we are hoping to get her in a single bed instead of a cot bed as I think it will be more comfortable for her, we are going to get her new bedding, we are going to make a big deal about it being her big girl bed etc and we are going to keep everything crossed that it works! If it dosen’t I will cry 😂
We are also going to restart sleep training it has worked the last few times so hopefully it will work again.
We originally started building up from two minutes up until 30 mins but now we will just do half an hour and she will most tge scream blue murder but she craves attention so for Milly it is the worst thing you can do to her.
I don’t like to hear her scream but she has to learn and this has worked before.
I will of course let you know how we get on with this new routine for Milly .
